Starting in January 2022, the preschool subsidies were expanded through the Federal-provincial child care agreement. Ever since there has been an operating grant (originally $75 per student per month). There is also a subsidy (originally $125 per student per month) available for families who apply and have an annual income less than $180,000 annually.
